ADULTS AND TEENS CLASSES

Teens and adults of all ages can improve their physical fitness and relieve stress in a positive, encouraging environment.
The training includes practicing traditional Taekwondo which emcompasses basic techniques, poomse (forms), one-step sparring and practical self-defense.
Our adult classes are designed as a full body workout, that allow students to improve their physical strength, endurance and flexibility.
