We understand that all kids are different. Our training methods are designed to gradually improve physical strength, balance, agility, coordination and speed, which are very important to the development of Martial Arts skills and to keep children strong and healthy.
Taekwondo training includes practice of kicks, punches and blocks which are then applied to self defence, sparring, board breaking and forms. 
All classes are conducted in a safe and clean environment, accompanied by mutual respect, friendship and fun
