OLYMPIC TAEKWONDO

This course starts with teaching students the basic fundamentals of Olympic Sparring.

Sparring is introduced under the close supervision and guidance of instructors.

Classes include practicing sparring techniques, footwork, mastering strategy, timing and self-control.

During sparring sessions students are paired up with a partner of an equal skill set who is around the same size and age.


During sparring, students are required to wear the full protective gear which includes chest pad, shin guards, arm guards, helmet, groin protector and mouth guard.
